When contacted regarding the Position, Fifth Third was professional and thorough. I spoke with the head of the department, HR, the direct manager and the entire team the new hire would be working with.

It was difficult for them to solidify what the goals would be annually.
Initial phone screen than a super day in the HQ. Very behavioral only a few technical questions. Know facts about 5/3 and what is going on in the economy. Interview is pretty chill/laid back. Had 3 interviews total on super day.

The process was about what you would expect from a bank. I met with the senior person in the group, then with a couple of the members closer to the level of the position that I was interviewing for. It was going to be a very lengthy process though as far as multiple interviews extending over a long period of time. I did not make it through to the end because I took another job before it got to that point.

I got a phone call from a recruiter who asked some behavioral type questions. I was asked to fill out the app and wait for a phone call. I got a phone call the next day for a interview set up. Two 2:1 interview and 1:1 with the manager.
