Talk to a recruiter then schedule an interview. There will be three people. They will ask behavioral questions. Answer in star format. Also ask you why you choose accounting and previous work related to the job you are applying for

The question were very repetitive and the managers weren't friendly. They seemed to want to scare people away from the job. I did not want the job because of that. It was a long process and the room was hot.
