Was asked scenarios and what I would do in said scenarios. Ex. If an upset customer comes to you how would you react and reply. I was also asked why I was interested in working for a bank.

It was an in person interview with the branch manager. A lot of the questions were behavioral and focused on how you approach certain situations. The hiring process did not take a long time and I heard back the following week.

Really simple and easy going . They give a good breakdown of things that they expect of you and are super flexible as far as like promotion chances . It was a good interview even though I had like 3 interviews and it took a like almost 4 months before I got hired on
