I was interviewed for the Dhaka office. It was a four stage interview. 1. HR: Over the phone. Current salary, what they offer, different types of consent 2. Technical: Online. One hour session. Questions and discussion about the technologies mentioned in the resume. 3. Project assignment: Online. Depending on the position and skills I was assigned a Angular + .NET Web API project with a 24 hour submission deadline. 4. Technical (final): On site. With the CTO and senior software engineers. An extensive interview. Questions are standard. Questions are designed to test the skill and thought process of the candidate and not to demean by asking peculiar questions. Overall, very professional.
