The interview process what a little lengthy with 3 different interviews, but ultimately it’s a great process with great people that are relatable and easy to talk to. I would recommend Figure to anybody.

The interview definitely allows you to get a feel for the people you will be working with, and what kind of position this is. They are extremely informative, and open to all inquires about the company and themselves. You have one v one meetups with multiple supervisors/ directors.
