I interviewed with three members of the team, including a founding director. No one really wowed me with their experience or questions, and it wasn’t clear they knew what they were looking for in a candidate. The role itself supposedly needed to be filled urgently but they’ve been hiring someone for a year now. I never heard back after my third interview despite following up. Overall, a very negative experience and a shockingly unprofessional one.

Applied for the position by email with cover letter and resume, received a very enthusiastic reply from the chief of staff to schedule an interview via Zoom. Prior to interview she shared tons of information (links, videos, documents on Google Drive). Interview was informal and friendly, with lots of information given and asked, from both sides. We left it off that I would hear back in a week about next steps. Quite discourteous to then get completely ghosted afterwards, with no response two emails.
