The interview process at FinFit began with a call from the recruiter, which went really well. This was followed by two interviews: first with the Customer Service (CS) Manager and then with the CS Director. Both of them were positive and me, pushing me through to the next round.
The final step was a panel interview with three individuals: two supervisors and one senior staff member. However, this part of the process was frustrating because, despite the earlier approval from the managers and directors, it felt like the final decision hinged heavily on the supervisors' input. This seemed odd, as you had already been vetted by higher-level leaders, so it was confusing as to why their judgment wasn’t the determining factor, making the involvement of the supervisors less clear in the decision-making process.

Interviewed with 2 mangement level employees. It was laid back. They asked me what I knew about the company already and explained what they were looking for. When I interviewed they were in the process of a huge merger with a payroll company and they needed the large increase in staff.
