The interview process was quick and straight to the point. Here is how the process was for me:
-Phone screen interview with a recruiter.
-Role Specific Assessment that I had to pass. (It wasn't that hard but required me to do some digging on the website and took me about an hour.
-Interview with Customer Success Management and team lead.
-Final Interview with head of Customer Success and Team lead that I will be working with.
-Offer

Colloquio
After the interview with the recruiter, there were interviews with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with the department's Director and VP. The final step was a presentation I was asked to put together that covered various customer success scenarios. The recruiter moved very quickly after each step. Though the interviews were not easy, the process was very smooth and structured.
