The whole interview process took me 4 weeks. First, a hiring representative spoke with me and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. I spoke with two other employees. We spoke about past job experience and practiced calling scenarios.

Went through 3 rounds of interviews. 2nd interview was with team lead. Third interview was with their Sales Development Trainer. It wa very positive. Was rejected with no feedback. I was Ignored by managers and team lead when I asked for feedback.
