My first interview was three hours long, with the managing partner, and drew from the Topgrading interviewing methodology (with some significant modifications). Following that interview was a much shorter group interview with the two other partners.
I've heard from other employees before and after my hiring that most of their interviews were much shorter, so the company may not still be using this methodology today.

"The first round consisted of a 1-hour behavioral interview with a current consultant. There was no case component in this round. The questions focused on past experiences, teamwork, motivation for consulting, and familiarity with the firm’s values and culture."

Interview consisted of a mix of behavioral and technical questions. Questions included topics mostly related to excel and finance (Vlookups, Investing, Accounting). Interviewers were accommodating and the process was quick and efficient.
