The interview process was informative, and everyone I met was professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed learning more about the securitization industry and the different teams within the company. However, communication throughout the process was inconsistent. After spending a full day interviewing in-office, several follow-up timelines passed without updates. Even after being told I would receive updates, I often had to initiate communication myself and still did not receive responses. More proactive communication would have made for a much better candidate experience.
