The interview was in person at their London office with the Head of Client Services (Europe) and the Global Head of Client Service.
The interview went very well, we had a good discussion around client services and my experience, and everyone was enjoying the process.
Once the managers left I continued the interview with a HR representative (male) who asked me some uncomfortable questions, questions that he, no doubt, would ask a male candidate, hinting to the fact that I might be “unavailable” or “away” from my job due to one reason or another.
