Broken down into 4 stages:
- Call with HR to run through CV
- Interview with Manager & 1 team member
- Interview with task & presentation
- Interview with panel
It was drawn out over a long time period. It would be better to group interviews 2&3 together

The interview process could have been better. Expectations were not clearly set with candidates even after I asked specific questions to the recruitment team. The case study round felt one sided. The feedback I received wasn't helpful at all.
