I had the pleasure of taking part in two interviews as part of this collaboration — one with HR in French 🇫🇷 and one with an IT specialist in English 🇬🇧.
What stood out to me the most was the welcoming and human approach — no pressure, no stress, just genuine conversations. They truly make you feel like you're talking with passionate colleagues or friends.
