Applied online in August. CMO sent me an email a couple of weeks later asking for my availability to interview with the two Account Executives that the BDR will support. The interview was very relaxed and very casual. Discussed the role, their background, my experience, and the expected KPIs. I did not hear back after a month so I assume they decided to not go forward with me. Overall, a very easy interview.

When applying on line, asking for complete date of birth, being older and have had age discrimination before this was the 1st red flag, then wanted complete SS#. This is a bit much for the start of the process.
