I went before a panel of reviewers comprised of other fellow nurses, nursing supervisor, administrative supervisor, group home manager. The panel asked about my past RN positions, experiences, job duties, roles. They asked how I contributed to my previous agencies.. They also asked me behavioral/ situational questions as to how I would you handle certain situations.
