Pretty laid back. They don't expect you to come dressed up but I definitely would recommend. Don't be nervous for it is only a retail job. Try to energetic because that is basically the biggest thing they look for. They want people who are up beat and able to socialize with anyone.

interview was very straightforward. some easy questions, some tough questions. there were lots of scenario questions that i loved answering. i am very eager to hear back for my second interview
