Short and very laid back. The interview took place on a bench in the mall outside of where the store was located. After a few basic interview questions. I️ was informed about the commission structure and asked if I️ was okay with working with that particular pay structure! I was then offered the position on the spot

What do you see yourself doing professionally in five years?
The interview was very straight forward and pleasant. It was about 15 minutes long and the manager asked questions regarding my sales and customer service experience. I was also asked about how many hours a week would I be able to work.

Just a behavioral interview. Straight forward interview about how I would deal with customers, how I would sell shoes, and how I would work in a team setting—no follow-up interview, Overall, it was very easy and straight-forward.
