Was interviewed by the single employee in HR. She basically talked about how bad the job was such as long hours, high stress, cold etc... Afterwards she asked me if I wanted the job, I said yes and got a starting date. Note that I had previous relevant experience but plenty of people prior to me had none and for some it was their first job.
