They actively recruit candidates from LinkedIn based on Profile fitment. Recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn as i had expressed my interest in the Job posted on LinkedIn. Company has a very good banking and financial portfolio which makes it attractive for code enthusiasts.
For me it took around 1 week to finish up the process including a weekend so around 4-5 working days. It went through 3 technical rounds which were at par very investigative. Overall i appreciate the efforts taken by the recruiting panel in curating interview questions which gauge overall competency of the candidate in multiple technology areas.
I unfortunately got rejected as i could not cope up with their expectations. But overall they gave me a perspective about appearing for these small-mid level companies or startup that looks out for best available talent.
