Fionta had a very comprehensive interview process. It's clear they like to ensure a good fit on both sides. My interview process was a bit different than usual, in that I knew someone who worked there, so I didn't have to go through the normal initial screening. The in-person interviews were two stage. In the first stage, I had several one-on-one and small group interviews with HR, Senior SF Consultants, the President, and the Dir. of Architecture. The second phase was a Topgrading interview with the CEO and HR.

Interview Process: Screening, Hiring Manager, Case Study/Panel, Career Storyline. The case study required presenting a solution you had previously developed for a client and the career storyline demonstrated your values and decision making.
