It started with an HR short call, a Manager Zoom interview, 2 two-hour home assignment, and a C-level physical interview.
Then contract negotiation and signing.
They were very transparent throughout the process, and very effective.

Colloquio
The process started with a an initial phone interview. The HR talent acquisition sounded professional and explained about the role in a clear way. Later on I had a zoom interview with the same HR . I was supposed to proceed to the next interview with the Team Lead. The company called me to tell me I'll need to pass a home assignment prior the next interview. Of course I have agreed, passed the home assignment, had another zoom interview with the Team Lead as planned, the interview helped her to get to know me better and also ask some questions regarding my answers on the home assignment. She asked me some professional questions and tried to challenge me and see how I think. After I passed the interview with the Team Lead, I had a frontal interview (first time at the company office) with the CMO. He asked some personal questions about me and also added some professional questions, using a whiteboard. He gave me some different situations with data and asked me to respond what would I do in each situation. We had a nice professional conversation and I personally felt confident with the questions. This was the last interview before I got the call from the HR who started the process with me since the beginning. She told me they are willing to hire me and we can move forward to discuss the contract.
