Phone Screen. Received an email to do coding challenge and required a download of an intrusive chrome extension for monitoring. I emailed the recruiter asking if there was any alternative to approaching the interview and I was ghosted from that point. Didn't try to reengage after, but did get a rejection email MULTIPLE months later

Applied via LinkedIn. Received an email the next day to schedule a phone screen. Then was requested to take an online technical assessment. I reached out to the recruiter to see if there was a different assessment I could take as I was not comfortable downloading a Google Chrome extension that was required. I never heard back. Technical assessment was for Python, JavaScript, and cloud based knowledge, but I never took it.
