Unprofessional with a few red flags. Went through 3 rounds of interviews until I ultimately received a generic rejection email after 3 weeks of ghosting.
First interview was with the an internal recruiter who was very nice and transparent. Basic questions about your resume and experience. His enthusiasm made me excited to work for this company.
Next interview was a basic CCAT cognitive assessment. Just practice and it's an easy pass.
Third interview was a 50 minute Zoom interview with one of the lead Software Engineers. He didn't even use his webcam, and was very impersonal throughout the whole process. Red flags throughout this entire interview. He seemed bothered from the very start.
After the third interview, I was told I would receive a response within a few days. About a week passed and no email - I sent a follow up email, and was told to wait until a specific day for the email. Well there was no email again, and I sent another follow up email after 12 days of ghosting. And was greated with a generic rejection email.
