Interview process took several weeks and contains 3 stages. Interview with HR and CTO, test exercise, behavioural interview with the team.
Interview with HR and CTO took about 1 hour, I got questions related to my motivation to change my job, about my previous experience, technologies that I worked with etc.

There were questions about previous experience and that's mostly it. On the behavioural interview there were questions related to understanding the way I work in a team, also several questions regards Scum.
