1st round of screening by 2 recruiters 2nd round of screening by hiring manager Very thorough for 1st round, asked many questions about my skillsets and experience before proceeding to move me to 2nd round 2nd round felt more like an interrogation, I understand its an interview but it felt almost like the hiring manager was forced to interview me. The atmosphere was dismal and dreadful, i felt no form of enthusiasm. Not a red flag per say but definitely not a green flag, very mundane basic questions, no questions about situational awareness. I was actually glad he did not move me forward to the next round because I cant imagine us working together.
