Interview concluded with friendly discussion of craziest things we ever had to fix resulting in immediate job offer from a company with a location that knows absolutely what they are doing.

20 minute interview talking about your experience about all the things you know how to do mechanically and the manager explains to you the working hours and gives you a brief description of your own position and what is expected of you as a team. Then after the interview is over, the manager tells you when you will be taking a drug test and when the background check clears. That is about all that happens during the interview.
