Head guy just wants cheap labor from entry lvl people. Talks like a con artist. Will low ball you by saying he'll pay minimal wage and after OT and weekend then you'll make what you should get paid. Tries to pass a room filled with old fire alarm as a class room to teach. Doesn't seem respectful, didn't even shake my hand coming in or leaving.
