Met with 2 senior personnel and the screening. I received an offer from them which I accepted, however they then came back and switched my role completely. When I asked for a justification they said I can take it or leave it in a very limited time frame. I took the job, then just really thought about it and decided the role was not for me, but particularly the firm was not for me. Both jobs were not really the scope of work I was looking for, but the culture was extremely off putting and it appears to start at the top. They need to understand how they do deals or employee reviews can creat hesitation and their culture can not be for a lot of people. It may work for some, but people can be uncomfortable with a ceo who yells randomly at staff supposedly.
