Shortly after my application on Firmenich s platform, I received an email by a recruiter asking me for lengthy assignments displaying my skills and expertise on one of the segments Firmenich is operating in, without even having me five minutes on the phone. After I sent back the business case with two deliverables done (it took me two complete days of work), the recruiter sent me an email with questions, one of them being if I was already living in the country in which the position was open, and if I was available for an interview the day after. I already specified on my CV and application that I was not living there but willing to relocate quickly since I did not need a visa or work permit. I pointed it out to the recruiter, adding again that I was available to move for any interview and relocate, to which she replied assuring me she would come back at me to give me more details for the next steps. After many days and an email reminder, I received an automatic rejection message from the platform. I tried to recontact the recruiter to have more information but she sent me an email which was a copy-paste of the platform automatic rejection message. Lastly, she never answered back to my request for feedback on the business case I crafted for them (and which was immediately applicable to their business).
