After almost one month of multiple interviews, most of which were were a positive experience, except for one manager who never showed up for the call and I was left waiting 20 mins with no apology from him directly, all other conversations went well. FA expressed interested in moving forward as did I. Then, abruptly I never heard from anyone again. I followed up, but no response.  While I am no longer in the job market and happy with where I am now, I think it’s worth mentioning that I was disappointed at the lack of professionalism after I dedicated a decent amount of time to the process. I realize there are many moving parts on both sides and sometimes things move in a different direction, however I found it strange to be told they were very interested in proceeding, then nothing after that.
