This was for a spring semester internship but applicants weren't contacted until mid-January which made effective planning difficult for the semester. HR staff was great once the process started. I was in the end disappointed with my assigned role, it was very basic (MBA candidate) and offered no challenge or true learning opportunities.

Friendly, the interview run most as a conversation. 1 hour long. They reach out back very soon. I applied through a job fair and they call me three months later. I recommend FirstBank.
