Within a week I was contacted for a quick phone interview - mainly focusing on hours available, salary requirements, and cash handling/customer service experience. The phone interview went well and I was brought in for an in-person interview - focusing on specific banking knowledge, demonstrating hard skills, and demonstrating soft skills. I was hired within 2.5 weeks of applying.
