I went through multiple interviews with this company for various positions. The process typically starts with a phone screening conducted by someone who seems unfamiliar with the actual role and only asks very basic, generic questions. The next stage involves speaking with the hiring manager, sometimes alongside a supervisor or another manager. During these interviews, they tend to bounce questions back and forth, which can feel a bit disorganized. They usually say you'll hear back within a week or two, but even after following up via email with both the recruiter and the interviewers, there’s a good chance you won’t receive any response at all.
