Contacted by recruiter via indeed, phone interview an hour, in person interview one in a half hours at one location, 40 min interview in person at another location and didn’t tell me to get validation so lost 14 bucks, another phone interview with a manager for 45 min talking to me as if I got the job but was hung up on pay. They wanted to pay me less and said you have to prove you’re worth the pay do was going to not negotiate to match what I was getting paid. Got an email the next day saying I was not chosen. So I went through four interviews, lost 14 bucks and had to travel and waste gas to get to two separate interviews just for $15/hr. The recruiter told me what I wanted was high but said it was doable but my in person staff interviews kept trying to get me to go lower on pay without just stopping after the first interview. Terrible process, terrible pay and will spend $7000 on a business client party but don’t want to pay employees what they’re worth. Stay away from the Oregon locations.
