Three rounds, with one take-home financial debt sizing modeling exercise. The first two rounds were with associate and director level and final round with managing directors. They were very honest and asked questions about my experience and what I want for my future. The modeling exercise was fair but challenging, you need basic excel experience and financial knowledge (know what a discounted cash flow is).
