Phone screen by Human Resources. One on one interview with hiring Director. Received and accepted job offer within one week after one on one. Interview was one hour and 99% of all talking was done by hiring Director. No other interviews before offer was made. Very few questions and when I tried to inject some of my background I was cut off by the Director. All selling by the hiring Director.
