I had my initial call with the CFO, then met with the CEO/Founder, did a paid assessment (qualitative & quantitative), walked the CEO through the assessment and did a live Q&A with her. I REALLY appreciated that they compensated me for my assessment - so many companies take advantage of the work that you do, and this was a phenomenal example of the company's values.

"If you were hired & given zero resources, what would you actually do?" Given how small the team is, they really value having all levels of management still be hands on & have the ability to work as an Individual Contributor.
