Received several personal emails regarding the interview process - one to let me know my application was received and one to set up the phone call. The call was pretty easy - they went over old code, what I did for hobbies, etc. They were looking at my LinkedIn the entire time instead of the resume I had submitted.

The Denver manager asked a lot of questions about freelance work I had on my LinkedIn and seemed to be very concerned about the time minuscule time I was spending on it (they were UpWork-type gigs that were a hour or two at most).
