Not a bad interview process. I went and met with the manager of one of the branches and then applied online. I was called within 12 hours and was told I would hear about and interview in a few days. They called and scheduled the interview within 2 hours of that and offered me the job hours after the interview!
I had one interview with HR before in person interview with Teller Operations Coordinator and Banking Center Manager. Mostly behavioral questions about how you would handle certain situations in addition to your experience with banking and cash handling.

The interview was quick with questions about previous teller experience. There were also questions about how I worked with others. The individual asking the questions was personable and able to connect with my past experiences. We discussed some of the new computer programs and how it has changed some of the teller's processes.

Colloquio
Easy and simple straight to the point. I hate interviews but I loved these. Everyone seemed nice and professional. I give a 100% to both mangers I meet with.they seem to care about their teams.
