Interview includes a phone screen and in person interview with hiring managers. In addition, I was asked to complete the Predictive Index Assessment to be reviewed during the interview process as well.

The hiring manager reviewed the culture of First Mid which was very helpful, but did ask several questions around the PI assessment as well.
