I posted my resume on the job application session, and got a call to come to 1:1 interview. Interview was conducted at company's lounge and was asked various questions. After brief introduction about the position, interviewr asked the situation questions like: Any question about this position? How do you handle difficult customer?

Excellent Manager and Upper Management. Wonderful training involved with learning collection, all laws and passing the test. Worked well with other Collection Agents and staff. Learned a lot of collection knowledge and applicable laws that I can use for future positions.
