I was initially contacted via email by a recruiter who later set up a phone screen. The phone screen lasted about 20 minutes. A couple of days later I was asked to come in for a panel interview. Getting everyone together for the panel interview took a week. That interview lasted about an hour and a half. The panel was three people: plant manager HR manager and trainer. The questions were very good but they were obviously looking for specific answers. The plant manager and trainer both seemed very positive and you could tell they liked the company and what they were doing. The HR manager seemed very detached and cool throughout the interview (more so than is the norm for HR).
