First there was the initial prescreening interview online and then psychometric online test followed by a video interview lasting 15 mins. they requested to send them references before actual interview .

The interviewers were very inexperienced and they didnt even technically competent to ask technical questions. typical tell me about yourself was the best question they actually came up with !
