The hiring process was very straightforward. Three rounds of interviews, first one was in person with other candidates. The last two were done via video chat and telephone. Overall a really great experience and Drew was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process.

It looks like it has been a trend for some time with first republic bank I submitted my application may 2020, I got my first call in the beginning of November from the recruiter to gauge my interest still and set up a zoom interview, after the interview with two supervisors I felt all went well and the recruiter called me the next day to let me know i received very positive feedback and will keep me updated. After sending out 2 follow ups a month after the interview I realized I was “ghosted” with no form of rejection and zero responses from recruiter and team Extremely disappointing as I had been looking up to this company and trying to get their attention for about a year now , finally given the opportunity and was treated as a throw away
