Started with HR screening followed by an interview with a hiring manager and colleagues. As a final step you will meet 5-6 senior executive members. Most of interviews are more focused on the company 's core values. I liked the people I met but unfortunately the recruiter was terrible and extremely unprofessional. No issues for taking time to get feedback but it needed more engagement and responsiveness.
The process is long, but in line with the company culture. You will meet lots of people from across the organization depending on your role. Focus on understanding the business model and culture to be successful.
