Was asked to interview through a recruiting agency. Went in for an hour and then was asked to stay and shadow. I thought things went well and was told that I was going to get another interview. Asked me to fill out a job application and then all the sudden decided that they did not want another interview. Very misleading.

It was standard - phone screen, a few digital and then in person interviews. They hire people for their values and who they are as people, almost more than their experience (but need to meet qualifications).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
I have gonna thru the process twice in the last few weeks. BOTH times I followed thru. Guess what? BOTH times they decided to put off hiring until next year and budget resources accordingly. The right hand literally doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Get it together FRB!
