I had one phone interview followed by 2 in-person interviews. I met with my (prospective) immediate supervisor and his boss for the first interview and with the Co-founder of the company and Sales Director for the final interview. It was casual and low-pressure.

Intro call with recruiter. Take-home assessment relevant to the work you would be doing. Call with engineering team to review the assessment, discuss implementation and possible improvements. Final call with CTO.
