I recently interviewed at First Student for a Coordinator role, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The interview process was very disorganized with irrelevant questions that didn’t seem related to the position I applied for. Additionally, communication was poor—after the interview, I never received any follow-up or even a courtesy notice that they had moved on with other applicants. Professionalism and organization are key in any hiring process, and this experience left me questioning how they manage other aspects of their business.
