I submitted my application online, got a response within a couple of weeks and set up the interview immediately after they reached out. The interview was simple and nice. He asked a couple basic serving questions, explained i would have to learn the menu and take a test on it before I could being serving myself.

Hour interview and no call back. I was very confused and it felt disrespectful. Everyone should respect everyone. Even if the decided to pass on me. I should of received an email
Super easy. They just want to know how you will handle certain situations. They are very willing to train if you have never served before. Hard to bomb the interview!
